"Visited for the first time, but not the last, last weekend. Loved everything about the restaurant...the atmosphere, the staff and oh, did I mention the food? I had the brussels sprouts for a starter and for my main, I had the Blue Plate special which that night was crispy duck breast with mushroom risotto and my sister had the half chicken. I love that it is such a neighbourhood establishment and that a family can afford to go out for a good meal at a good price. We will definitely be back!"

"Very okay .Got a shrimp burrito and chicken taco plate. Burrito was pretty small for the price point. The tortilla was gummy and flavorless, not browned to maintain structural integrity. The contents was solely shrimp, white sauce, and Pico which made for a total mess. Could use some cabbage or rice to absorb the sauce. I will say the amount of shrimp was very good for the price point. The chicken in the tacos was flavorless and dry, rice and beans as well.I still want to go back and try the breakfast burritos, but I was saddened by our initial experience."

"Las margaritas is amazing. Always super tasty and greasy and cheesy and full of fat and flavor. The live guacamole is fun for the kids and they have a huge menu. They get your food and drinks out very quickly and the service is top notch. Love this place can't say enough about how good it is."

"There is no question, this is the best taco shop that I've been to in San Diego. Enough that I don't even live near there and I make sure and stop by every time I'm passing through. The owner Maurice is an absolute gem, best customer service from all staff that you will ever find at a taco shop. The prices are beyond reasonable for the unparalleled food quality. I highly recommend shrimp tacos (I try to branch out but keep getting these because they are so good)! Also, this is one of the only places that gives you a basket of chips with dine in orders to go with their fresh and delicious salsa bar. I brought my boss here, now we go all the time for lunch and have both brought numerous other people here who all agree; it's the best!"

"cozy reclining grill that has a little of everything. I started with quads and chips and their chorizo perogies. for dinner I ordered the sante fe chicken and that came with a home salad and kartoffel. I also added a cup suppe because I had never had a potato cream with ham. the whole food was pleasant and our server was friendly and attentive. it is not a place I would also fall back, but I would definitely like to come back on a Thursday and try to bake their bbq clam (1/2 dozen mushes, 1/2 rippchen, bbq huhn, grilled kartoffel, mais on the cob, and coleslaw for $18,95)"

"The place could be so much better with some staff. One waitress was running the hosting and waitressing and they had one guy running the cash register. We waited 15 minutes for a host to even recognize we were there. My food came out cool. I'm thinking that this was due to the lack of staff not the cooks. The flavors were good but definitely not planning to return due to lack of management. Price per person: $10–20"

"Nachos: Texas-style nachos for $9 but had chicken, beans, cheese, and guac. Loved this! Liked it better than regular chips and salsa they give you at the table. Nicely flavored chicken and good size for the nacho. Margarita was good. Salt rim was light on the salt. Lot of ice in every drink which was a little unnecessary. Ribeye Tacos with cheese, lettuce tomatoes steak was well done (bite sized) but there was too much lettuce to properly stay in. Tortillas were cooked and soft. Shrimp Alombre good, with peppers and onions and shrimp and cheese. Had nice flavor first time trying this but would get again. Server (Rebecca) was very friendly and was helpful with the menu. Portions all very large size (always have leftovers . Had to wait about 25 mins but good experience once we were sat!"

"Maybe the food is better if you dine in instead of ordering a delivery? We ordered through Uber eats and the food was so mediocre?worst $58 I ever spent on a meal for 2! I?ve never seen such a poor burrito! Or look at this taco, the photo is self explanatory. I even was charged $1.50 extra for nothing? I won?t order from here again : It?s getting 2 stars instead of one because it was fast and I didn?t get food poisoning."

"horrible coffee corned beef sandwich didn 't have mustard (included on menu) service was incredibly slow for half the floor being empty asked for more half and half for the table since there were only 3 individual half&half 's for 2 people. Server forgot our request and after a second time asking she says oh you already went thru them all? Ok ... We never received more in the first place lol took a little over 15 min to get our check after 2 separate times asking fries were slightly soggy and bland (not salted at all) BLT was mediocre... Nothing much to complain about but certainly nothing to get excited over overall lackluster service from being seated to getting check"

"This Mexican restaurant is great! The service is excellent and the food is delicious. I ordered the vegetarian fajita and it was not only tasty, but also a very large portion - enough to feed two or maybe even three people just with the vegetables. The rice and beans were also amazing. I even asked for seconds of both. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I give it 5 stars just for the service alone."
