"Joes pizza is great if you get the glass display but if you order a pizza its not the same, to get that brick crust the pizza needs to air and then reheated in a brick oven that gives you that crispy crust, good pizza is not made in 20 minutes its a process pizza that has been put in a brick oven 2-3 times is New York style pizza, if that's what you want tell them it will taste like New York pizza, you may wait longer but at least your getting what you want."
