"Avoid this restaurant. The service is slow, taking minutes before our order was taken. We ordered a hamburger and the NY strip with fries. The burger came out cold, the fries were cold, and the patty was good, but the NY strip was terrible. The steak was heated in a pan instead of a broiler, with lots of stringy threads and an excessive amount of fat. When I gave feedback about the poor quality of the meat, the owner came out and defended the quality of the cow, saying it was a high-quality piece of meat and implying that I didn't know what I was talking about. Instead of apologizing and offering to make things right, they seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. Despite mentioning the slow service and cold food, the owner's response was dismissive and rude. It's understandable that not every meal can be perfect, but to completely ignore a customer's concerns and defend the quality of the meat is just unacceptable."
