"In the southwest corner of Boca Raton, where there is a Cornucopia of the Latin restaurants, El Bacon rests. Having my eye in this place for some time and finding me in this way was the timing right. It was not particularly busy, so the service was attentive and efficient. It is not a high end, nor expensive restaurant, but that does not mean that it lacks quality in any way. Beginning with Chicharron Ceviche, roasted pig bell with an accompanying tangy vinaigrette sauce for diving, I was a bit down when the pig pieces were overdone, so they were not able to chew without breaking a few teeth. However, they replaced it with a bowl of larger, more delicate pieces of pigtails that we hoped from the beginning. A significant improvement. For the net we share the chicken breast with a house mushroom Gravy as well as the Carne Asada, pictured here. Both were delicate, juicy and delicious carburized tasteful. While normally served with carb overload, we chose the salad and broccoli. Both were above average than what one would expect as a supplement. Very pleasant. Overall worth a visit replay and joy again. Follow @eatwithjordy for more!"
