"If I could, I would turn it over to a 1.5, the overall experience was 't the best. We went to my mother's birthday dinner in the law. They gave her a map that was beautiful and sat down. They asked for our preference of water (although the costs are hidden until we have the bill not free water, but $12 a bottle) and after about 10 minutes we have not yet met our server, so we asked the person to us our napkins and water to take our orders. That was 2 o'clock lunch on a Saturday and we were one of two tables in the eye. He took it happy, and then we played the waiting game. We got a shot of soup and our starter pretty fast (where we finally met our server), but soon realized that it had been 50 minutes without getting our actual food. At 3:00 we got the food without explanation for the delay. Admittedly, we didn't get the namesakes and chose for the not Steaks part for a light lunch, so I can't talk to their specialties. But I got the French dip sandwich with Prime Rib on it, and it wasn't great. I'm not sure it was because of the long waiting period, but the sandwich wasn't hot as I expected, and the jous on the side wasn't enough for the sandwich and also cold. But the Hamachi shots we got as starters are amazing. Our water server also hit the brussel sprouts that did not disappoint so kudos to him. All in all, it was a bad service experience and a lukewarm (literal) dining room. Besides the map, my mother in the law not much for her birthday party, but we heard singing at other tables. On the way out there was the place near empty and there were dozens of servers standing around chatting, eating and preparing for dinner, I suppose. But funny, none of them could help us or even be on our side of the restaurant. For the price of lunch (and $36 water we did not expect) I would not recommend going."
