"Let me begin by saying that I have never left a review of a Chines Cuisine restaurant in my life because it never came to my attention! But... This was my first time ever together with my child Husband try this restaurant it was just excellent, amazing, perfect! The fact that I had eaten at Uber and eats my order because of the driver interrupted long restaurant closure, but once my order has been canceled on the app, this restaurant has actually not hesitated to contact me directly to tell me that they supply the food to me, asked me where I was lying, what I mentioned? Far Rockaway? What this excellent restaurant was still great about the delivery of my orders, I have mentioned that I was very understandable I would pay for the toll for them to come over, what was only 4$ overall then tip them very well in my part that she actually deserves! I can say that this Long Beach Chines restaurant up on the line! Don't miss it! I had never tasted An excellent specialty house roasted rice like its, along with there chicken wings, Jumbo shrimps, shrimps Broccoli white rice, French Fries, Egg Roll, the tasted amazing was NOT GREECY ever! I will continue to order from now on, because it is excellence food, taste, portions are over excellent and also I do not expect that every order will be fulfilled all as they serve their, what is as every order should always be all where else! Customer service prices were also excellent! Thank you. As much as I really appreciate everything, I am very satisfied! I recommend it 100% for those who want to enjoy a great Chines Food Meal!"

"I placed a to go order. My daughter ask them for hot oil they were so rude to her. This is not the first time it happened. They are so rude when you order with them. All she asked was it is vegetarian and they are like smell if there is any meat in it. When I went last time I repeated the order she is like I know what you are ordering. I am if you don’t want to give the hot oil free charge it. I come from the same industry, this way you will loose your customers. We are not getting the food free. Stop discriminating people. All the staff is so rude. The word gets out quickly how you service is."

"The food was delicious!! I ordered the Wonton soup which had such a calming broth, the Orange chicken had real orange peels, the chicken wings were cooked with a light batter, the beef on a stick was flavorful and tender, the egg foo yung had big portions for a small, even the mein noodles were so yummy!! Only suggestion I would make if if yall would add dipping sauce for the wontons. Other than that I live nearby so this will be my go to spot!!"

"I ordered a door from the place. the fried rice smells absolutely anxious, but I missed it. I got the sesam huhn because they said it was a popular product, but I regret that to bite in- easy the worst sesame huh I ever eat in the middle of the night I woke up to knock stomach pain, and I thought if I went to the toilet to relieve myself, I would feel better. I don't. my brush still smell like sulphur and there are wastes from my front and back. absolutely terrible experience how much money I spent here."

"We returned to this place about 2 months ago, because we actually forgot. Our mistake! We tried many other places over the years and found only good food. But this place has very good food, the staff are very welcoming and their prices are reasonable. We won't even try to go elsewhere. Oh! The wonderful soup is so good, delicious. Try it. "At one point, this place was really good. The food always came fresh, and they had excellent customer service. But recently, they've underwent new management, and to say the least, the service is extremely disappointing. About a week ago, I made on anonline order for delivery, and the store contacted me, telling me that I needed to pick up my food. The lady who called me wasunprofessional, and I had to remind her to pay me back the delivery fee they charged me on the website. When I picked up myorder from the store, my chicken wings were stale, and the fries were soggy. The egg rolls tasted refried, and none of the foodwas fresh. I've also ordered bubble tea, but when I arrive at the store, they tell me that it wasn't available, and offered asoda as replacement."

"I'll give you the good and the not so good.The good: great hand made noodles, hand made pork dumplings, and BBQ pork bun. Loved the authentic preparation on the noodles with amazing crispy chili oil bock choy. The BBQ pork bun had great textire and 5 spice prominent flavors. The dumplings were fantastic with great texture and flavor.The not so good: The sushi was lacking expensive. I would expect real crab when the price of a roll is $19 or $20. Sushi rolls were over-sauced. The shrimp tempura was a frozen product, not made in house. When walking down the street, every restaurant was packed. When we entered Sakura, we were the only table there in a massive dining room. No music, dead silence. It was kind of eerie considering how busy all the other restaurants on the block were. Overall, it feels like this place is trying to offer too many things instead of honing in on what they are clearly very good at. Why not focus on the authentic preparations and flavors instead of trying to please every palette? I would go back for the hand made noodles dumplings. Sushi is being done at a very high level at so many places in the city, therefore I'd pass on it at this location."

"My wife wanted something sweet at TIFF’s next door and I wanted meat. So I went with Kawa because, really, it was there. They made me up some kung pao chicken FAST. Super fast especially since they were close to closing. We sat outside and they were kind enough to bring out some waters which we didn’t return until they were closing their doors. Super nice!! The chicken was spicy—like I asked for. Nailed it."
