"Horrible sums this up. Wasn't really that busy but it was so loud! The only thing I wanted from the menu they didn't have.... No salmon? So I had to choose another option but was so disappointed. Also took forever for waiter to come back to get my 2nd choice which held up everyone's meals. My mom was delivered a meal that was missing 2 things she she specifically requested... When she asked about it the waiter played clueless. Then came back and said we're out of sweet potatoes fries and mushrooms. But didn't really offer any solution other than I'm sorry too bad. (Also odd construing both mine and my dad's meal included mushrooms.... All things considered at the end of the meal we were not offered any apology or anything for the inconveniences of so many menu items missing. In my opinion my mom's meal should have been complementary as the very least. Our waiter was friendly and personable but unfortunately these mistakes were just not well handled. We will not be back and left an overall feeling that I don't have any interest in returning to any Montana's."

"Service was super slow, we're seated right away, ordered drinks and appetizers, appetizers came before we got out drinks, finally got out drinks and waited another 40 minutes for our other food. Right before our food came we had ordered another 2 drinks which didn't arrive until we were basically Done our meal and didn't even want them anymore. Waited for a our bill never came, so we went to other side to pay our bill so we could leave! A 2 hour dinning experience that could have been way less! The food was good though even though my burger wasn't what I ordered!"

"My son insisted that we go to this Montana's as he wanted some steak. Surprise Surprise... it was their 20th year celebration day and they had some fabulous menus, rates. The whole place was decked up in balloons. Giveaways, beer prizes, $1 a bone ribs special and a large variety. We were there early so the place was not yet crowded. Ordered the following:Ceaser salad without any meat or bacon bits - Surprise Surprise - they served it with Bacon bits. Offered to change it without an apology. They changed it without an apology.Ribs: Truly delicious. Fall of the bone. Need to go back on Wednesdays when they have all you can eat ribs.Steak 7oz: Asked for medium well done. It was served well done. A bit on the rough side. but edible. However the waffle fries that came along with it were delicious.The server was a bit grumpy initially but then she warmed up and became friendly."

"Hoewel toch 18.00 uur was het hotel erg leeg. Voor ons niet de eerste keer dat we bij Montana's waren, maar nog nooit zo kort. Binnen een razend tempo werd ons eten geserveerd en de lege borden weer van tafel gehaald. Geen nagerecht, hup gelijk de rekening op tafel. Kwaliteit van het eten was wel goed, maar gezellig even eten was er niet bij. Binnen 45 min stonden we weer buiten."
