"This restaurant has the best Indian food I have tried in Manhattan! I highly recommend making a reservation in advance, especially for dinner reservations past 7pm. When we arrived at 6.15pm, the restaurant was not too crowded, but quickly filled up and by the time we left, there was a line of people waiting for a table. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and the food we ordered was delicious, as were the cocktails. I suggest trying the Saffron Sunset cocktail for a less sweet option, and for food, the cauliflower appetizer and achari chicken main dish were excellent choices! I was a little disappointed in the curried chickpeas, but still found them enjoyable, as well as the saag paneer. In general, I believe this restaurant lives up to its reputation within the realm of Indian cuisine in Manhattan."
