"I normally do not leave reviews, especially negative ones. However, as a long time customer of this Nanking location, I am never buying from here again. Plating my food I bought today I found an Insect in the Biryani. Promptly called Nanking, they offered to send me a new order, which I obviously declined. The person one the phone put me on hold to ” speak to his manager and tell me what they can do”. After about 49 seconds the call was hung up. And no call back.
