"This place needs to revamp the staff, cooks and management. Had a bad experience last time, but we went out with another couple and it was their choice. I ordered a medium well steak, it came out wayyyyyyy under done, barely medium. I sent it...back. The rest of the party ate their dinners, which were fine. My next steak came out burnt on the outside and RARE on the inside, I did not order it Chicago style. The manager apologized and I told him that since the rest of party had finished eating, I was not hungry anymore. He never offered me something else, a free dessert even! This place is not worth the money. A funny thing is that we witnessed three other steaks being returned to the kitchen from where we sat. Maybe hire a decent cook? Stay away, they can’t cook,have no customer service! I will never go back, no matter what the rest of our party would want."
