"The samosas were a generous size and moderately crispy, without being overly greasy. I found them a bit too spicy for my taste, but they had a nice balance of flavors with the potatoes and other fillings. The sauce that came with the samosas was a delightful mix of sweet and savory, with just the right amount of heat and a lovely floral note.
The chicken kofta with chana was decent but felt a bit small for $15. There were about four meatballs, which were flavorful and juicy even after sitting for a while. It was served with a portion of rice. I appreciated that even the mild option still had good flavor, though I would have liked a bit more chana. The ginger was an interesting addition to the dish, and I think it complements the overall flavors nicely.
Overall, I recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Indian cuisine and are in the Dormont/South Hills area. They offer many unique dishes, such as haleem and paya, which you won't find at other Indian restaurants.
Edit: After seeing the owners' response, I feel it's only fair to update my review. The higher prices are primarily due to the delivery fees rather than the restaurant's pricing itself."
