"ok so...we have been staying away from this location for a while since the bad service but after the movies last night my son wanted to get a cheeseburger, his favorite place. I agreed, maybe something has changed, since a lot of the Applebee's been doing renovations, morale seemed to be good at other locations and hoped this one was better now. Sadly it hasn't changed. We went in around 930pm, about 2.5 hrs from closing, not too packed. We walked in, no greeter, waited about 5 mins before anyone even came to ask if we wanted to order out or a table. Older gentleman, asked for a table, told us the bar is open. Clearly, i am with a child, not going to sit at the bar. Pointed to the section facing the parking lot, told me that section is closed. ok, pointed to the other side, he looked rolled his eyes and proceeded to walk us to a table there. We sat down in a section where no one greeted us for about 20 mins to offer water or even take a drink order. The waitress barely spoke english (we made it work). She finally asked our drinks and if we are ready to order our food. She took everything down and went about her business. My son wanted to add some mozzarella sticks, asked her, she said ok. We were waiting for our food maybe about 20mins. Not bad. My steak was supposed to be medium rare, it had barely any pink left. My son enjoyed his cheeseburger but idk why the bacon was in pieces and not a whole slice on the burger. The tipsy cupid was just strawberry puree and ice, no alcohol at all. WE NEVER GOT THE MOZARELLA sticks. I asked her if she put them in, SHE TOLD ME THAT I NEVER ORDERED ANY. We asked for a check, which i was told to use the tablet on the table, had to swipe my card 5 times for it to finally take with the chip. No one was paying attention or anything. We would come to this location religiously until new management or whatever happened few years ago and now its just garbage. Just sad."

"Ordered curbside pickup. Overall, food was really good. I think the curbside experience should be improved. It’s kinda frustrating dealing with ppl that are seemingly working on their own terms not necessarily customer service oriented. When I arrived, I parked in the designated curbside pickup area and called to inform that I had arrived (there was nothing to click on to alert of arrival as mentioned in email). The person that answered the phone seemed bitter, busy and unavailable to speak to customers. There was a girl (employee) at another car talking to that party (also curbside pickup parking area) when I arrived. The girl went inside (after a while) and came out with their food and chatted a little more with them. I understand a casual conversation (enjoy ur meal, everything’s in the bag, have a great day) but not a full LONG conversation while other ppl are waiting. Give me my — food so I can go? I passed many restaurants to come here, it was a choice. I’d like to continue choosing this location. She finally came over to my vehicle and asked my name (which I gave her). Darn, didn’t I call and give that info when I arrived? Was that not communicated to her? Anyway, she brought the food out and quickly walked away. I gather that she doesn’t casually thank the customers and WAS actually having a conversation with the other car as we waited for her to wrap it up. The kids meal (chicken Alfredo) had a great taste to it. The recipient said “I give it a zero because the chicken is so small.” I’m just the messenger. I thought it was appropriate for toddlers. The Mac n cheese seems to be different (worst) from my previous orders however, this was a kids meal and it was received with love. The wonton tacos and neighborhood beef nachos were perfect and tasted as it looked (good). So yeah."
