"Remarkably Clean inside. Friendly, prompt and professional staff. And I’ll add that to date, some three decades of eating at Arby’s and I have NEVER written a review on them. Lastly, I asked for the manager and without hesitation, great smile and greeting he presented himself (as with most fast food places they reluctantly appear expecting the typical complaint) and inquired as to my concerns. Just a really really good customer service practice. For both the customer and staff. Unfortunately these characteristics have taken a back seat as of late. Kudos to the young man."
