"Ordered my food online and waited 20 minutes past my delivery time with no call or update. I call in and the guy says “we have no one to deliver for a hour.” A notification of delay would have been nice, no one is judging if you are short staffed. You don’t just not call. Then when I asked for a refund and told them to keep the food (because it would be an additional hour on top of the one hour it already had been prepared) they were hesitant to refund me my money. Ridiculous.Don’t bother dining in, either. They honestly have no sense of courtesy nor customer service. Go across the street to Mumbai Grill or downtown."

"the biryani is very good. Portions are smaller than other places, but the taste is better. they also give them a great cup rita for each biryani order, far more than they place at others. they are also very generous with their meat portions. the garnelen biryani even had jumbo garnel, which was a happy surprise. the only bump of 5 stars was the mulligatawny suppe. for the price it was a very small part and there was literally nothing in it, it was only broth. the taste was good, but I would not recommend it based on the size for the price and the fact that it was literally only broth. I will definitely go back, although on the basis of biryani."

"We went here over the weekend. We called in and made reservations and would highly recommend as well. We got there 30 minutes before our reservation time. We were seated 10 minutes of being there. Our Server Sam was fabulous. She recommended and gave pointers of some of their popular dishes. We ordered medium spicy food (3/5 ️ and we found it to be very spicy for our taste pallet. We can only taste red chill powder and not any flavors. Paid about $86 for 2 people for veg Appetizer, 2 Curries, 1 Naan and 2 Rotis. "Eat here! 1. They do have a LUNCH BUFFET during the weekdays currently, so it 's great if you are feeling real hungry during your lunch and want some good food. Yum!! 2. The staff are very friendly. Bobby in particular is super nice and accommodating. Great hospitality! Such nice people. 3. The food itself was wonderful. I really enjoyed the potatoes, and the chana, and the samosas, the chutneys, and the rice pudding...I could go on. Lol. Awesome food! 3.5. Did I mention they have a weekday LUNCH BUFFET?! I love when the tables themselves are very neat and organized and don 't look sloppy. They take care to make sure it looks good and it did. All around, very good place. You should totally eat there. And say hi if you see 6 '5 ' ' tall bald guy. It might be me!"

"Although the flavor was good, the sauces and condiments are noticeably watered down. It seemed the restaurant is trying to improve cost/volume. ie: chicken tikka masala was quite watery and tamarind for the samosas was nearly transparent. Samosas were also soft and should have been crispier. If it weren't for the chicken saag and onion kulcha, I would may have rated my experience a 2-star. I've definitely had far better Indian Food in Los Angeles."

"This is my second visit to this amazing restaurant. I love all the dishes I ordered. Dahi bhalla is my favorite, but I never have this taste of India, but it has the same tangy taste of ginger n imli. Soft. I can say it's the best place where I was and had the best food. Best Paneer tikka, I ever had! Since I am vegetarian, so can only say about veg food. But I'm sure you'll love this place."

"I ordered the Chana Masala and i chose the make it vegan option. It was VERY plain and bland. Also very expensive $18. The Aloo Samosa was also very expensive and the taste was just ok. $10 for two samosas when normally you get 4 for that price or two for $5/$6. It also took a very long time to be ready. Thankful my dasher kept me updated on the long waiting time. I would not order from here again."

"Awesome food. We were visiting for 4 days and ate there 3 days in a row. The food was so fresh and delicious. It was served hot and tasted just like the food in Delhi. The service was pretty good and so was the overall ambience. My daughters enjoyed this place as well. If you go on the weekend, I would recommend planning ahead as they are very busy. We tried just about everything, the only thing we didn’t like were the momos. Other than that, love this place, all the food was excellent. Highly recommend!"

"my group had a great culinary experience here. we were looking for from the usual sorts and decided here, and we did not regret it. we end order lamp biryani, butter prawns, huhn tikka masala, some samosa and garlic naan - they were all delicious! the taj mahal beer, as recommended by the person waiting for us, went really well with eating. surprisingly no one else was in; I notice that most of the incidents fail. we're coming back."
