"This restaurant has been a staple in town for over 15 or 20 years, possibly even longer. I remember going to the karate school next door 15 years ago before it moved to a larger space. Many people used to frequent HK Chef and I never heard a single complaint. I finally tried it earlier this year and regret not going sooner. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the quality is consistent. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Their plainer dishes are not overspiced, which some may consider a positive as you can add more spice at home if desired. Overall, I congratulate this business on their success."
