"We have been loyal patrons of Filippi's for 30 to 40 years. Recently, we made a reservation for seven people through OpenTable. However, when four members of our party arrived, we found that our reservation was not on the books. We were seated but informed that the other three guests had not yet arrived, and we were asked to keep an eye out for them. When our friends did arrive, they were seated on the opposite side of the restaurant, as the reception staff did not make the effort to connect us. Fortunately, thanks to Lucas, the manager, and our server Jessica, our experience turned out to be five stars."
