"I ordered takeout and the food was alright but noticed a two dollar surcharge and when I asked what that was for they said it was for the takeout container and plastic fork and knife. I asked if they had a certain charge when people take home leftovers and they said no. Just seems kind of tacky adding on for .10 worth of plastic and bag and showing that on the bill"
