"we have made a birthday reservation for a Sunday night. When we arrived, there was hardly anyone in the building. no server, host everything, just a bartender. not very reservation worthy to begin. when we went to order, half of the menu was not available, we were not told before. we had to do some meal together, but were charged for the “repeated pages” although there were no other options really. As soon as the food came out, most of it was barely edible. the Caesar salad came with what looked like melted butter instead of the right dressing. the "best ding on the menu" per our bartender/waiter was the pasta, it came with sauce that was in the ground water. the loaded Macn cheese was so al dente(hard, the noodles were not edible. the whole filetmahl was cold. that was just the beginning. we were not offered dessert as the kitchen was closed at this time. (although our reservation for a birthday was why should they take a reservation at 7:45 if this is not enough time for the kitchen? we couldn't send back our meals cuz the kitchen was closed at that time. (our waiter has our food order at 8:30 o'clock. we also knew that our dinner was not a live music show with him, but with how bad everything else was, we felt like we deserved a discount. definitiw will not go back and I will be surprised if this place is still open until the end of the month. very disappointing."
