"Gf Overral the RH restaurant is stunning and peaceful with beautiful scenery. However, my experiences on two separate occasions were marred by overcooked food. During our initial reservation, our table's service was notably slow, and it took an extended period for water and menus to arrive. After ordering, we had a lengthy wait of over an hour for our food, only to be served burnt chicken. The waitress neglected to check on us during this time. Thankfully, the manager ultimately resolved the situation with kindness. On our subsequent visit, we once again reserved a table. Arriving early, we enjoyed the patio and some wine while we waited. Although the server initially checked on us, her attentiveness waned after we placed our order. Yet again, the food took an excessively long time to arrive, and my dish arrived overcooked again. The bread on the steak sandwich was burnt, and it appeared as though an attempt was made to conceal it with cheese. At that point, I simply wanted to leave, opting to eat the steak alone and leaving the bread. Regrettably, the server didn't inquire about the quality of the dish or offer assistance. While the food quality checks leave much to be desired, the restaurant's ambiance provides a pleasant setting for wine and conversation."
