"It was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. There was a sign on the door about being short staffed, so please be patient. We expected a long wait. We had no wait. Our server was charming, funny, and really engaging. We had calamari, and both of us had french onion soup, and they were fantastic. My wife had rib-eye, which was cooked perfectly, medium rare. I had a seafood platter with lobster tail, scallops, and shrimp, which the server recommended. Everything was served in perfect time and was great. All that food came to only 85.00. We were shocked at the incredibly affordable options. There was a table of 6 near us, and one of the couples were celebrating their 61st wedding anniversary. Another table had a family celebrating their Moms birthday. The place had a warming, family feel about it. It seemed like most knew each other, and they all chatted as they left. I thoroughly enjoyed our stop here on the way to South Bend. It made a hotel reservation blunder seem not so bad."
