"A few years ago, Genova opened in the Medford area, and we chose it on a whim due to its proximity to our home. The pizza was so delicious that we now order from Genova whenever we have guests, and they always rave about how tasty it is. Their personalized specialty pizzas are truly incredible. Last weekend, I decided to host a gathering with food from Genova because they've never disappointed us. The food was fantastic, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. "I wouldn't like this place so much if it wasn't on the waitress who helped me. She let me know that the Calzonteig at this point is the bread sticky containing milk powder. So she made sure she went to the kitchen to do the pizza dough. She double checked that the Marinara was vegan. She asked the kitchen, the Calzone had no butter on her and the kitchen worker looked her empty and she told him to remake it without ever coming to the table. Even without her help, I now know how to order because she was my allies. This location is smaller and beautiful looking. The food was also well seasoned in contrast to the Liberty site. My whole family liked it."

"This is my second visit to this restaurant and I must say, I am a huge fan. Both experiences were excellent. I tried the gyro pizza on my first visit and it was incredibly delicious. I returned today and ordered the spinach pizza with tomato, which was also amazing! The pizza was served hot and the wait time was minimal. I will definitely be coming back again. They have a great variety of pizzas to choose from. It's nice to see all the specialty options, which are worth trying. The only downside was that the person serving the pizza did not wear gloves while handling it. While I personally don't mind too much as germs are everywhere, I do think it's important for food handlers to wear gloves or sanitize their hands before touching food."

"Everyone is very friendly and had just lunch today, all pizzas were turned and fresh staff constantly wiping bar areas, my child spilled a drink from the soda machine without saying staff went a towel for us she insisted to clean it, put a yellow shield and a non-slip mat. Above and beyond the star service. They are the only game in town because everyone knows they were always the only real pizza buffet in Conway. "I was at Mesa pizza not too long ago. I was in line late into the night with two other friends. There were three girls ahead of myself. A grown man walked in front of all those three girls and attempted to budge in line. He was arguing in a sense to thesethree girls who were simply trying to order and pay for their pizza. The man was making them visibly uncomfortable. As a fellowwoman, I opted to step up and tell to the man that he should get back in line. My friend had just ordered while I was in frontof her. Once the man turned back to the end of the line, I attempted to order and was met with the red-haired employee, who waswearing a pink/red top with a black cut out over top, who said ?I called you three-four times, start paying attention ok?? I wasimmediately appalled and informed her I was trying to stop someone from budging and making other women feel uncomfortable. I?vealways had good experiences at Mesa. I am hurt that I was stereotyped as the ?drunk girl? who can?t tell left from right when Iwas fully sober and trying to do my part. These biases ruin reputations and certainly has for me. I?ve always had greatexperiences at Frank and Andreas and have actually been aided by their employees to stop uncomfortable interactions for theircustomers. I hope Mesa does better truly and perhaps involve some training in dealing with potentially uncomfortable andaggressive situations for women."

"For dessert, we indulged in a cup of rich, creamy hot chocolate from their hot chocolate bar (complete with a selection of toppings, from marshmallows to peanut butter cups), a fresh cannoli, and a warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie—because calories don’t count on your birthday! The decor was as beautiful and unique as the food itself. With lace hanging from the ceiling, fairy lights twinkling, and the rustic wooden planks used to serve the food, I felt like I was in a charming rustic farmhouse. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing detailed descriptions of each dish and making us feel very welcome. To say I can’t wait to return is truly an understatement!"
