"I just had lunch at Panda Express in the Citadel Mall Food Court. The positives were the same as always: the large portions of orange chicken and dishes like broccoli beef. The service was quite fast, although the lunch rush was hectic. Unfortunately, the food was cold and stale from sitting out, and I think they need to improve on keeping it fresh. Also, the machine that makes the chow mein wasn't working very well."
