"The service was, overall, unacceptable. Once seated, although was told that a waitstaff will come by right away, no one came for 13 min until a staff noticed the lack of service and offered to help even when my table was not his responsibility. As an apology, my drink was on the house. That was the only positive experience I had. Food was ok but not worth the price. The waitstaff assigned to my table was not responsive and I suspect that he is just hired that evening without any training or prior experience waiting tables. Looking at the scantily populated customers, there is no reason for the lack of any attention."
