"I'd give 0 stars if there was an option. I went with my wife and 3 young children at 8:40 at night on a Friday, 20 minutes before closing time. The employee told us that they would close so that we could not get ice and my children were absolutely crushed. Such a terrible experience and totally unacceptable on a Friday night no less."
