"My family and I decided to try LemonShark Poke restaurant for the first time on August 9, 2023,. This was a special occasion, so we ordered a big meal to take home as we live 35 miles out of town.Upon arriving home we discovered that two of our items were missing. After waiting a half hour beyond the pickup time that was told online I was confident that it would be fresh and what I had ordered. At any rate, we understand that things happen, and made the best of it.I attempted to call the next day to request a refund. Nobody answered the phone. So, I ended up going back down there only to be told that there was nothing that they could do--that the manager would call me the next day. Well, did he call me? No. That would mean SOME form of actual customer service! Upon my calling back again (and them actually answering the phone! he ultimately told me that this would have to be refunded through corporate, but it would take 3-4 days (with no apology whatsoever .On August 19, 2023 I sent an email to corporate with zero response. Here we are on August 28, 2023, and I have now had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This is a very disappointing way to be treated as a customer to say the absolute least."
