So, I was at Melvins on the night of the 15th and ordered a whiskey and seltzer water. The bartender handed me the bill $20.34. I gave him $25.00 and he said Oh, Thanks he turned around and completely ignored me. I stood there for a minute. He knew I was looking at him and he NEVER GAVE ME MY CHANGE. Dear Sir, I really dont care about the $4 tip. You 're a thief. I know it 's been hard for the industry but you had no right to steal from me. Now the restaurant is a very cool and elegant place to go to. The atmosphere and ambiance is magnificent. You will enjoy it. Just keep an eye on the old guy at the bar."
