"discriminatory treatment of certain groups of individuals. if you don't have a big bill, they'll try to rip you out of your seat. there are a few very friendly and professional employees, but for the greatest part the management has a big ego and thinks because this is 4s ranch, they should not deal with second-class citizens. I would urge the owners to reassess how this facility is being operated; the current system is a chaos and they are constantly understaffed. there are many capable institutions that want to work here, but once again they go into a question of discrimination. everyone should be treated like a gast. eating is good, but too expensive. So they refused to change the type of chickens for an individual sandwich. not sure why this was such a big problem; we were only looking for grilled, instead of crispy, and they could not accommodate. I would recommend going next to miguel 's where they have air conditioning and they do not have to deal with rude hired. miguel 's has a much more friendly presence, with friendly, thoughtful staff."
