"I have been a loyal customer of Cookie by Design for many years. My company has used them to send baskets to clients, my family and friends all use them as well. I recently placed an order to be delivered for a friend’s birthday on March 25. I got a confirmation email for the order but that was it- no tracking number, nothing. The basket was never delivered. I reached out but of course they were closed for the weekend. Here we are three days later and the basket was delivered this morning. When I relayed my concerns about not having a tracking number provided to me to see the status of the basket and asked if anything could be done about the delivery fee since my promised day was not met, I received an email that they weren’t doing anything to rectify the issue and blamed FedEx not being able to get on the property due to a code needed. My friends property is completely open and no code is needed, not to mention they delivered it today when no one was home without needing a code. Customer service never addressed why I was not given a tracking number. This will be the last time I ever use this company again."
