"Came for dinner on A Saturday night. The decor is modern, meets Spanish and aim an old a frame. It’s subtly nice with white marble tables and microfiber chairs. Made reservations and was seated promptly upon arrival. We started with a Spanish sparkling wine which was reasonably priced and was asked if we wanted juices to make mimosas. We declined and it was great. The food was impressive. Our clam starter was delicious. The tuna tartare was good and the salads, particularly the wedge was especially nice. Look forward to coming back and having a steak or prime rib. Service was great. Tails, our server was amazing. Our champagne flute never got low and water was always refilled. Would definitely recommend Mimosas if you’re looking for good food and good service. It’s not fine dining, but nice dining."
