"Had a 12:15 reservation and they open at 12, we were one of the first people to arrive. I ordered the lobster and shrimp Mac and cheese with a side of lamb chops but my partner ordered the steak and eggs with grits on the side. We also did a mimosa pitcher. Our mimosa pitcher was gone before we ever received food. After about 40 min, I received my food. However, my boyfriend did not receive his food until about the hour mark. I didn’t want to eat without him but I didn’t want my food to get cold waiting, this really sucked. We were the first ones there, yet we saw everyone else’s food coming out. Waitress claims it’s bc of the steak, but a steak does not take an hour to cook. The food was good at the end of it but the service wasn’t. Also, when we ordered the mimosa pitcher, we weren’t offered flavors. We were just given a regular orange juice mimosa pitcher but we heard the other waitress tell her tables there was mango and pineapple as well, we were not offered this option."
