"Myzen is a small ramen joint located by St. John's burger. The restaurant has a good number of small tables for parties of 2-4. Although I feel that this spot is catered to local companies nearby since they close early at 7:30 pm, I decided to drop by and grab some takeout for dinner. When I came, the restaurant was pretty empty. The workers were really friendly, and my order took about 15 minutes. I ordered gyoza, Myzen Ramen (Tonkotsu base), and Spicy Myzen Ramen. The gyoza was pan-seared but not crispy. The broth for both ramen was a bit on the salty side, but I enjoyed their noodles, which were firm, and the toppings in the ramen were filling. I wasn't too satisfied with my meal, but I would come back to dine in instead to see if my food experience would be different."
