The menudo was decent, but it really needed some chili oil to elevate its flavor. I only discovered this option after asking for something to spice it up. The handmade tortillas were definitely the highlight of the meal. I also tried the chilaquiles with green sauce; my girlfriend found the flavor to be good, but she felt the sauce was too salty, making it hard to enjoy. The carne asada was flavorful and perfectly complemented by the spicy red salsa. The salsas, especially the spicy red and chili oil, really made a difference.
