"we begin with the fact that this location is nothing like the original location on rene levesque. the original location had incredible atmosphere - big windows, wine bottles from the walls with some that reach a ladder, more tables apart, less loud noise, an open...kitchen in the middle of the ground floor, copper blanket. I could go on, but everything to say, it is regrettable that the circumstances forced them to move. the new location does not even compare, starting with the dirty red carpet it leads down to the lower floor, which was the first thing I noticed. Yes, the prices have risen in the 5 years since I've been here. I understand. the steaks and pommes are still good, but for me the steaks are not worth the price. the grilled garnels were also nothing spectacular next to their U4/6 size. the brot was better and more diverse. the service is still very attentive. I must say that the comments of the owner, which appear after some of the less than stellar reviews, are snobby and insulting and not reflect well on the restorative. better to bite your pardon, to take and improve critique, and if they want to answer, they are polite and not deterrent. I won't be back, but I thank the waiting staff for their service."
