"Excellent food (as always) cooked to perfection! My rare/medium rare steak was perfect. Absolutely perfect! And the crab was delicious too! Service was outstanding, our drinks were always filled! Wonderful experience in and of itself, but was made even more memorable due to even the kitchen staff coming over to sing Happy Birthday to my 72yr old mother! Unfortunately, I love in Arizona and don't know when I'll be back in the area, but I highly recommend this specific Red Lobster for the reasons stated above. And thanks to everyone there for making our dine-in experience for my mother's birthday a very happy experience for us."

"This was my first time out since 2020 in a restaurant. It was refreshing to get out, the service was great, the company fantastic but the food was not as good as it has been. It was love day so I guess it was overwhelming for the cook. My salmon was over cooked and we had to request our lobster because it was not on our plates. However, outside of that, it was well. I will return on a day that is NOT a special day. Many had carry out orders. This is one of my favorite places so it was refreshing to get out."

"I really enjoyed my food here. If I dined alone I would have given this 5 stars. Shrimp was great, sides were great. The waitress was extremely nice. My wife got a burger and it was basically inedible. It was so greasy that the entire bottom bun turned to mush before she even ate it. She ended up trying to eat the burger without the bottom bun but the amount of grease was pretty disgusting so she couldn't finish it. We didn't end up complaining to anyone because I don't feel like it usually is worth it. The appetizer mozzerella sticks were pretty mediocre as well. Overall, I would still come back, my wife would not."

"yes, it's red lobster. it is corporate seafood for a (unfortunately rising) middle price. my daughter and I wanted to go to the restaurant olive garden next door. it was clear that we were not looking for anything extraordinary. only hungry after shopping in the mostly devastated mall next door. og was waiting for 45 minutes and we were on hangry. we crossed the parking lot after red lobster. we sat fast, our waiter was friendly, and we had the delicious cheese bags in short order. we had to find something to fulfill their vegetarian desire. we have opened with the fried beans with jalapeño ranch. they were pretty tasty and we threw them up. she settled on the baja bowl with garnel on the side (which would go home with me). she reported it was good and satisfied. I had walts garnelentrio with garnelen alfredo (which was not wonderful), garnelen scampi (which was good) and walts garnel (which was quite good). I had the nasalate with blue cheese and the loaded kartoffel. my only disappointment really came when I realized that with her endless shrimp for about the same price I could get the same or better. we have taken half of eating home, so I couldn't complain about not having enough. the bill was more stapler than expected, but post-pandemic I assume that is the new normal. all in all it was just another average meal in red lobster. a straight 3."

"It was very good. We were greeted and seated right away. The waiter was extremely helpful (she said thank you alot). Our food turned out absolutely perfect. I ordered the cajun chicken linguini and it was amazing. I didn't like that that the salt/pepper shakers were grinders, that takes forever. The waiter made sure our drinks were always full and we had a basket of bread at all times. It was a great visit and I will be back and highly recommend."

"Red Lobster is so happy to have a waitress of Catherine's caliber. She was friendly, took her time to suggest menu items. You could say she really took care of your visit this day. My sister and I ordered (she had crabs linguine, I had lobster tacos). Our orders came immediately. When I asked how mine was, I told her they were a bit dry and could use the sauce on them. She was shocked that they forgot to put the sauce on her and leave. She came with another order (to go) from the same thing (with sauce and an apology). I was so withdrawn from her generosity and kindness, unexpectedly. This experience has given my sister and me a newer respect for this institution and we want to ensure that Catherine (Red Lobster St. Laurent Blvd. Ottawa) gets recognition for her service so that this restaurant shines a little more. You're lucky to have them there."

"EXCHANGE Experience... This Red Lobster (Hanover, PA) has not disappointed with atmosphere, food or service. The Salmon New Orleans was made perfect, the sauce was perfectly matched and it was not annoyed. We enjoyed the bacon wrapped scallops and my Caesar salad, the dressing tasted homemade and it does not have the salad, a PLUS for me!! Our server, Jessica (amazing server) expected every need and we didn't have to ask every time we wanted or needed anything. Even my husband's steak was made perfect... Yeah, steak in a seafood house, and he had shrimps sampi and coconut shrimp with it. It was an absolutely wonderful evening and the overall price was affordable."

"The food was great! We ate an hour for my birthday at Red Lobster. The only negative was I had a free desert coupon and couldn't find it in my email. So the waitress wouldn't recognize it. She said I had to download the app. But ppl around us got dessert and sang too. I come to my birthday every year. I never ask for dessert and our 2 dinners total 80.00 ! We had a pleasant time, but next year we go to Olive Garden. A lot cheaper and can get a dessert! Of course, the next day I found the email with the free dessert."

"This place is very spacious and usually the waiting time is less than 5 minutes. The waiters are very attentive and they bring you everything you want, what they have. We get pasta either shrimps or crabs and its always amazing. This place also makes one of the best frozen drinks of all time."

"As a former employee.... left to go to school. I was shocked and horrified at the treatment of live creatures. There is a way to prepare lobster humanly. What I saw was out of a horror show. For example my first day I heard a cook yelling Come here you ****! I 'm going to gut you. As he slaughtered the poor creature to death. They also put live lobsters in the oven, Not in boiling water, quick and painless, but in an oven. There is a nerve located on the back of their necks, if it 's cut, they feel no pain. People at Red Lobster purposely do not cut the nerve because they want the thing to suffer. I 've left in tears because of what I have witnessed. I am a grown man. This is only a fraction of the disregard for life I have witnessed. I hope this helps someone in making a choice."

"So we looked at Lancaster 's location on line, find a few items that looked appealing, and choose to go there for lunch. My 74 year old friend got there first and inquired about her birthday discount and dessert option. Was told she needed a code, which she could not find in her email. Another server had a 10% off code, which they applied. Thanks. So ordering....I don 't see the shrimp cocktail OR crab cake that was on the web menu. Mgr came out with condescending, joking attitude. Sorry, I can 't fix you what 's not on the menu. Explains how those items have been gone for years. What do you want me to do? I 'm not in charge of what 's on the web? IDK, how about act like the manager that you are, and take care of the customers that you have- clearly the parking lot is NOT full. How about just giving her her a birthday dessert?? I guess I could do that. I suggest the cheesecake. It 's better than Cheesecake factory! Get it with raspberry AND caramel sauce! Dessert ordered to go. She also ordered a flounder dinner, which comes with 2 sides. She ordered that to take home to her sick husband, and just had the side salad for lunch. Got home- box had a piece of fish. No baked potato or fries, which she ordered. Cheesecake was a small little piece of joke- no raspberry, no caramel, no whipped cream! Happy Birthday to Her!!! Between condescending attitude and food, will NEVER go back to this location. Treated like this sweet little 74 year old was trying to hustle them! Obvious why parking lot was empty!"

"What a pleasant surprise to go in Red Lobster in Sanford. I could smell the fresh color on her wooden cladding while walking in the front door, which was a welcoming fragrance because I know how important it is to make the restaurant look fresh and clean. The doors were free from fingerprints and the floors were immaculate. The restaurant in general was exceptionally clean. I was greeted by two hostesses and sat at the bar. Shane the bartender served me and was a nice guy with a good demon. I ordered the Salmon New Orleans, which was perfectly cooked and delicious! The overall experience was exceptional. I'll be back."

I had an issue with my order she dealt with it promptly, she apologized, empathized and not only that but she took the order back and it didn’t take any time for her to bring my replacement order out. "My husband and I just stopped here for lunch and it exceeded all expectations! We usually try to stay away from chain restaurants, but there was not much open on Tuesday to noon, so we went here. Very clean, fast friendly service, really good quality food, and a beautiful atmosphere. Management and employees here really need to know what they are doing, excellent work!"

"One star for the dragon and coconut shrimp (and biscuits) and one for our server who I believe was named Paul. He was great, charismatic and informative. Very friendly. One star off for the hair in my drink that I still had to pay for, another for the dirty glasses and a third for the fact that the lobster and shrimp tacos came only with shrimp. We love Red Lobster and really wanted to enjoy it, but this experience was just not it. The side Caesar salad was soggy and had a bit of brown lettuce and the coleslaw didn't taste like much either. It felt like it was missing seasoning. The biscuits were great, but I think I would have got up and left if they weren't. The lobster and shrimp tacos were good, but would have been nice if they actually came with lobster. My sunset colada was great, but there was a hair in it which was gross and then the mango gunk settled into the drink and it just tasted like fake mango flavoring. I guess I would have done better with just a piña colada. We arrived at 9 pm and it was still super busy. Music was chill and eventually we were the last to leave, but that was less on us and more on how long everything took. Even the drinks took forever to come out. Overall bummed that this wasn't a great experience."
