"UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW: (I posted to complain, so I felt it only fair to post to say good things). The new manager, Elizabeth followed up on my complaint. She was SO nice and SO awesome! What I loved most is that she REALLY cared about my complaint. I didn 't feel dismissed or just like another customer complaining . She really took ownership, and I loved that! It 's not always about getting something free or getting a gift card. There are times where it 's about someone really caring about what you have to say as a customer, apologizing (and meaning it) and truly wanting to improve the service for the customer. And I felt all of that from Elizabeth. She offered a $50 gift card, and I can 't wait for us to give this location another try really soon under her new management, in which I will definitely be updating my review. My family and I had curbside take out. $125 worth of food and it was terrible. First let 's talk about the serving sizes. If we 're paying the same money as those dining in, why are our serving size portions smaller? Now moving in to the food. The chips for the artichoke dip were stale, the dip itself was so thick it was like soup that has solidified in a can sitting in the store. The brussel sprouts were hard and BURNT, yes, burnt! My kid 's salmon was rather rubbery. Good thing I ordered him a side of broccoli, because he only had a few stems with his meal, smh.More of our food went in the trash than in our stomachs. It was just a terrible experience and I was very disappointed. I posted a pic of hard, burnt brussel sprouts These restaurants are failing poorly with their service and food quality, yet they 're charging the same or even higher prices during these times. I 'm ready to just to stop eating out and just cook at home, which we do most of the time, but try to treat ourselves with eating out every now again, but its so disappointing out here. Doesn 't do any good to reach out to management or even corporate for these places nowadays either, because even they 're passive and nonchalant. They 're just happy to have people working regardless the kind of service customers are getting. I bypassed a Red Lobster right down the street from me, thinking that due to the area of this location, it would be better, boy was I fooled. Won 't be patronizing this location anymore for sure. Very disappointed"

"Upon arrival advised of having reservation and gave my name. The host appeared to search for it but didn’t say she found it and appeared to give up on completing a check in for my reservation. I asked to confirm I was checked in and she then said she didn’t know how to do that for Open Table reservation and someone else came by so she told them what I said and got help. I’m glad I asked to confirm. I explained that other times I have reserved and not been checked in I get an emailing asking why I didn’t cancel my reservation so I just wanted to make sure it got done this time. While there appeared to be only capacity at the time, there was a struggle to determine an open table to take us to. When taken to our table the seats hadn’t been wiped from the crumbs that were surely wiped off the table from previous occupant. There was also trash on the floor, in front of the booth and the server picked up something but some still remained on the floor, in plain sight in front of our booth the entire time. That person that took us to the table ended up being our server Kate, and she was okay. She told me they were able to get someone to check me in so I’m grateful for that. It would be helpful to ensure all staff are capable of performing check in for reservations correctly. At the very least, they could communicate with people checking in that they will get help for resolution vs giving up and just seating the party without completing the check in and not mentioning it. Luckily, I was paying attention and felt to need to ask for confirmation b/c I could read the look of defeat in the face and body language of the person trying to check me in."
