"Booking on 11 February for Valentine's Day 9:30. On February 13, I received a follow-up email asking if I had my reservation at 9:30, so I reacted and everything was as it should be. My date and I came and were informed by the concierge that unfortunately they are not able to serve us before 9:30. I wondered why I was able to make a reservation first and was informed that the system used for the open table accepts reservations although they cannot be received. Then I was asked, I'd like to get around for another day. No one thought to contact me and let me know for 3 days my Valentine's Day reservation was 't honorable. It felt like we were released and played no part. My lady was cleaned and drove 45 minutes to have a Valentine's Day disappointment! From here I call to make all reservations."
