"YooooooJust thought I'd shed some light on this location. The habit never fails me. Always fresh and always good service. I got the double char with cheese and fries. Well done! Plenty of seating and it's very clean. Parking is terrible. Well, because it's dtla. They also have self serve kiosks of you don't want to wait online. Anyways, my burger was delicious! Fries were fresh and crisp. No complaints here. Keep up the good work guys. If I'm in the area and I'm craving a burger, I'll definitely come back."

"The restaurant has a beautiful location with well-designed, modern interiors. It was my first time dining at this chain and I found the burger to be tasty, although a bit chaotic. The fries were underwhelming but not terrible, and could be improved. The selection at the soda fountain could also use an upgrade. It's convenient that they offer extra toppings like pickles, jalapenos, and paprika at a self-service bar. Unfortunately, I had to deduct a star due to the dirty bathroom and non-functioning urinal. Once these issues are addressed, it would be a great spot for a quick and delicious meal."

"The manager Emily was full of energy, an awesome multitasker, and super nice. She was taking our order, fixing a ketchup dispenser, pulling up ready orders, AND training a new cashier (Yenifer, who was also very sweet) WITHOUT SKIPPING A BEAT SIS. The food was great, the burgers were juicy, the fries and onion rings were crisp, and the lemons, jalapeños, and condiments were all fresh. The GM was also super friendly and was all smiles under his mask, I could tell. They (Emily and Yenifer) came to our table to ask how everything was, made good conversation and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. Will definitely come back."

"The Habit hamburger chain is pretty above the average fastfood place. Speaking of fast food, this place was not! I am going to likely account for the slower service and preparation due to fact that I straggled in pretty late and not too far from closing time. I noticed several of the young staff standing around behind the counter and in the prep area mostly unproductive and doing nothing but loudly talking and gossipping about others amongst themselves. The conversation seemed somewhat tacky, but no big deal. They were having fun. Meanwhile all this personnel standing around and my order is not being prepared. I see maybe 3 employees actually keeping busy . The one that took my order, another person cleaning the dining area and another bagging up orders for a food delivery service that was coming in to pickup the order. Finally, someone does something and drops some fries in the basket. At this point I distracted myself with my phone. After about five minutes a few more last minute patrons drop in and line up behind the counter while the same group of kids behind the counter mostly disperse back to work but continue to chat back n forth about teenage chit chat. I think that must of been about the time my burger probably hit the grill. My Burger was good and tasty no complaints, but my fries were not so good. They were lukewarm and kinda soggy. I think that they didn't cook in hot enough oil and were removed from the fryer wayyy before my burger was finished being prepared. Like I said, a lot of younger staff and right before closing. With such large staff only two or three seemed to be doing all the work. It seemed like time took forever before my puck ever buzzed for pickup. ALSO THIS LOCATION DOESNT HAVE THE GINGER INFUSED FRUIT JUICE DRINK. Was it replaced by the Mango? I chose the berry lemonade and it was fairly watered down. I mostly am really knit picking , as I enjoy having this as a choice for a place to get an above average burger at a decent price for what ya get!"

"The kid taking the orders was the absolute sweetest! He was attentive and quick. The burgers were 5 stars themselves and very very good! We sat outside, nothing was covered by shade. I asked some gentleman that were sitting outside not under shade) if I could move their umbrella and they said no problem. So I moved it so that we would be comfortable. The manager, Lisa, came out and was EXTREMELY rude, and grabbed the umbrella angrily and spoke to either all of us, or no one in general with an extremely rude and overly angry voice that we weren't allowed to move it and put it back. Which, if we were told politely it wouldn't have been any issue. For the remainder of us eating, anytime I needed to go in for a refill she would watch me very carefully. I use a cane and the floors near the soda machine were insanely slippery. To the point my cane couldn't even grip the floor which made it extremely dangerous when my cane slips from under me. Thankfully I was able to catch myself but it wasn't fixed in the duration of my visit. Would love to come back as long as Lisa isn't there! She definitely made no one feel welcome or comfortable! :"

"The fries were great, I like to dip them in the spicy red sauce. The chickens sandwich is always tasty, I recommend the spicy red sauce on that as well. The grilled cheese might be slightly overpriced for what it is but its delicious and a decent sized. Youd probably need 2 to fill you up but everything was great."

"Today's experience was terrible. We ordered a family dinner from the app (4 Burger, 4 Pommes, 10pc Nugget). We used the free delivery available for this weekend. Once it was delivered, we opened the bag (which was sealed) we noticed our or was shortened. I thought I could call the store and ask you to send us the rest of our order. Not so easy. You call the number you need to jump through the automated menu system (which considers it necessary that you download the app usage), only to finally choose an order. I will finally talk to someone who informs them that our order placed on the app has been shortened. She asks me to stop me so that she could get herself from Door Dash (the company that delivered it), but it was 'the delivery service's problem because our bag was sealed only 't through the store completed! I was willing to talk to Door Dash about the solution to the problem. After talking to 3 people from Door Dash, they told me that it was the problem/the mistakes of the shops, they also went on to contact the store. They had the same problem that I could not contact them to solve the problem. So our order is still abbreviated, it was quite lengthy terrible experience. Do not order from the app have delivered it... because if your order is wrong, there is no way to talk to someone about it, repair it."

"As of 1/4/2022, I am reducing my rating by 1 star because the selection of salads at this restaurant has been significantly reduced. Unfortunately, they have gotten rid of my favorite salads, including the superfood option. Although they may not be known for their salads, I have to say that both the superfood and BBQ chicken salads were delicious and reasonably priced. In fact, I enjoyed them so much that I ended up ordering two and eating both of them, not because they were small portions, but because I was very hungry."

"I love the habit and the food here is always very good in my opinion. However it’s been at least the last 5 times that I’ve been here that I pay 3 dollars to add avocado onto my burger and every single time they don’t put any avocado. My receipts say add avocado in all capital letters. I just do not understand what is so hard about adding avocado onto a burger especially when it’s clearly stated and it costs a ton of money too."

"This review is only about the service. I was so upset that I decided not to eat here. My partner went to the toilet and told me the code. Not to recognize that the remaining room was outside, I went in to ask what the code was so that I could use the remaining room before the order (what I wanted to do), but she gave me a whole story about how each entrance has a bathroom code and it changes every time it locks. When I found the rest room, I used the code my partner gave me, and he worked without any problems. I do not appreciate that the unconsistent story I was given, versus when my partner went to the same question as I and got a completely different answer. For this reason, besides the fact that the parking was not available, the reason we went in-n-out instead."

"10/18/22 The new French Onion Char is quite delicious! The onion rings on the burger were still crisp. Added 6/7/21: I tried the new Brunch-Burger, very tasty, but the Brioche-Bunge gets so tender! Santa Barbara charburger is still my favorite, the avocado and roasted sourdough bread is great! Beautiful and clean restaurant and toilets! Great and quick service with a smile. "While I don't like the location myself, the restaurant is great. All I ordered was made to order and fantastic cost (except a small mistake, not to remove tomatoes as desired). The situation seemed busy as expected during the lunch break, but the staff had a big and happy demeanor and were always professional. 1 star removed for the dirty table I had to clean before I sat down and forget to remove an item as desired (that is important, could have been allergic. Such requests should therefore be 100% correct."
