"Real food, real tasty- were we in Greece?So I was craving healthy Mediterranean seafood. Found this place in a Shopping Center in Summerlin and glad I did! The atmosphere is elegant but casual. Simple, clean, nice with pleasant traditional music playing. Our waiter Ezekiel was friendly but unassuming and easy to talk with. We ordered the Saganaki- pan fried cheese- and it was great! Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. With a squeeze of lemon. Our Horatiki salad was perfect, fresh tomatoes, olives onions, green peppers and a few cucumbers- could have been more of the cukes- but light and cocoon a mild oil and vinegar dressing. We ordered the Bronzino under salt and served table side was a hit. Moist white flesh with olive oil and lemon really satisfying and healthy! I enjoyed a Stella and my wife gushed over the Athena specialty cocktail. We finished our meal with some firm fresh Greek yogurt and honey and walnuts. Truly a find in the harsh desert climate- our Greek oasis. But we were not alone- the place was filled so the energy was flowing.Did anything miss? I must say we were both pleasantly surprised Elia’s was a hit. Maybe a touch more Air Conditioning would have made us stay for a Greek coffee. We are excited to return. Yasou!"
