"Stayed here before and I had a good experience. Booked for a room didn't know it wouldn't have a kitchen. I tried to change my room and they didn't try to accommodate me flat out said couldn't help me because I was checked in. How am I supposed to know what the room looks like before I get there. Took some groceries and had to dispose of since I was not going to be able to cook anything in the room that only had a microwave and a mini fridge. Very disappointing ?"
