"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! We were the only 2 customers at 2:30pm !!!! I have patronized this place a few times over the years. The food is good, BUT, the service is horrible. The two waitresses and their attitudes are beyond the retraining threshold. They are not good for business. I asked for lemon for my water, the lemon that was given to me was slimy to the touch a clear indication that it was not properly held when cut. I overlooked that .. then when my order came out it was the wrong order.. I ordered Snapper and was brought salmon. When I politely told the waitress “A” I was brought an incorrect order .. she then spoke in her native language to the waitress that took my order .. I’m presuming she told her she got the order wrong waitress “B” began to speak angrily in her native language. Let’s just say, I didn’t need to clearly understand the words however, their tone and body language spoke volumes to me .. I politely cancelled the redo and asked the waitress A for the check to pay for my appetizers only to be billed gratuity on a party of 2 who did not receive good service .. gratuity should be considered for good service .. with this practice, there is no incentive for the workers to give good service when there is no incentive. I will not be spending my money here anymore."

"We never actually went to the restaurant, but instead we found them under a different name while we were vacationing here at Orlando. The name is Thai vegan kitchen on Uber eats. While traveling, we find it fun to try vegan food through Uber eats and eat in our hotel room : )My wife is from Thailand and the bar is very high and that’s why we gave it five stars. We were blown away by the flavors and the freshness. And by that I mean they didn’t drown everything in salt and oil, but instead we’re true to the authentic flavors.Whether by Uber eats or at the restaurant in person, you will love it!"

"I took this place by chance for the lunch trip. eating is an average taste, portions are large. Overall I think it should cost less for this quality. fresh rolling are good, but added garnel look funny. pad thai is okay, with some ketchup taste. panang curry was over spiced, curry pasta and tofu were of average quality. it feels like pasta and tofu all were cooked separately and then mixed, I wish they were more aromen to fu. beside rice was super mix, only after mixing with curry it more or less frissable. huhn satay was ok dry, and no side, literally it's just meat on the stick and nothing else. I met many places in this area with better quality / price for Thai food."

"First time eating at this restaurant and overall it was a very nice experience. We were greeted and seated right away. They have a full bar so there are mixed drinks along with wines and beers. They have a happy hour, too. Our dishes were tasty and prepared well. We will return again."

"Delicious Thai food. The best Thai food I've ever eaten! Because I am vegan, I always order the pad Thai without egg and there is no finish without order of their homemade coconut ice cream with fried bananas! The lighting is somewhat darker, the atmosphere is very peaceful, and the staff is super beautiful. Overall a great restaurant that my family and I often visit."

"Well went to this place on a whim and here my opinion.Went with the basics, egg rolls for app, veggie fried rice, pad thai noodles, and pad sei noodles.Egg rolls ordered as app never came.Food took more than 20 mins while restaurant was 15% capacity. When the food did arrive however I was pleasantly surprised on how big the portions were. Food tasted good not great. Best dish was the pad thai noodles by far.Overall I would recommend this place if your looking for inexpensive good Thai."

"Sorry to report there was not much positive about our experience here. Service was awkward. Seemingly sweet older lady who served us insisted on calling my wife honey and had apparent language/communication issues. Main courses brought out immediately after appetizers. She asked for spice levels, and despite both of us asking for minimal heat (1 out of 5, 2 out of 5), it made our mouths numb, more like 4 or 5. We 're familiar with the cuisine and know it can be intense but this was a mistake in how the order was passed on to the cook. On top of that, food quality was badly inconsistent. Nam sod was very tasty and generous, but overly spicy. The extra chili paste overwhelmed everything. A simple chicken satay was dry, maybe reheated. Lao spare ribs were probably also reheated. Seven dry, underseasoned and miniscule ribs some had more fat than meat. Pla Khung had about 5 tiny shrimp, and while the basic flavor was good, it was mouth numbing overly spicy. Just overall disappointing."
