"I went with my daughter on Father's Day for dinner. It was crowded but there were a few open tables. Once we entered the restaurant, it took about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and seat us. Once seated, it took another 15 minutes before they asked us if we were ready. No prior drink order either. Once we ordered, it was another 30 minutes until we got our food. We didn't order anything crazy, a total of 4 rolls. When the food came out, there was no soy sauce or Wasabi at the table or on the plates. I waited a few minutes before going up to the counter to ask for some. That took another almost 10 minutes before anyone would acknowledge me. We noticed during our visit that 2 tables walked out because of the lack of service. They were very unorganized, and the communication between staff members was non-existent.The food itself was ok. Nothing to really write home about or justify waiting so long. Overall, I would not repeat or recommend visiting."
