"I planned to come here for some time, but it was a bit disappointing. I was expecting something more similar to the bakeries Fontanot has in Italy, but it was far from that. They have a few pastries, some sandwiches that however for most part are not particularly “Italian” and you can find in other places; service was okay but somehow the place looked empty, and I don’t mean of people, but of food options.Prices are Miami-downtown prices but without any special reason to repeat the experience. I was definitely expecting more Italian salumi, but there was, little, except for a prosciutto that wasn’t among the best I had. Honestly if you don’t know prior to visiting, you wouldn’t know it’s an Italian bakery.Again, maybe I was expecting more because I know their bakeries in Italy, but this seemed a very toned-down version of them."
