"My new favorite restaurant! Went there a year ago and loved it, so we went back for my birthday and it was perfect. I had the cacio e pepe which is AMAZING! I've had this dish at other Italian restaurants, and this one blows them away. It is probably the best you will get outside of Rome. My boyfriend had the Tagliatelle Al Ragu, and it was equally as good. You can tell they make their pasta by hand. We split the Filet Mignon in blueberry reduction, and it literally melted in our mouths. It was heavenly. Tiramisu for dessert and the dinner was perfect. I can't wait to go back. It is a small restaurant so it can get noisy, but we didn't mind at all. I highly recommend Via Ghibellina!"
