"Yesterday, was my first time trying Imperial Caribbean Seafood for an event hosted by Temple SBDC, and it definitely wont be my last. First, let me say the jerk chicken was absolutely amazing! The chicken was falling off the bone and the sauce was the icingon the cake. All of the sides were really good, but the Mac and cheese stood out as the best I've had in a long time. As far as service, the owner was so kind and on point with the service. She went above and beyond to ensure we were well fed and cared for. If I could give more stars, I certainly would. Don't walk, run to this restaurant! Thank me later!"
