"Absolutely outstanding experience! First time here and will definitely not be the last! From beginning to end the service, the food, the ambiance were impeccable! Our gracious and talented server José should be acknowledged as hands down one of THE best! He was just wonderful! He romanced us throughout the night with great stories of food origins and thoughtful preparation of each plate. His extensive knowledge of the wine selection and the details he spoke of were remarkable. We sat in arguably the loveliest and best spot in the house... over looking the dewy greens of LaCantera Resort with a warming lamp above and thick cozy blankets for us ladies who got a little chilly. The only bad thing about The Signature is having to leave! You must get: Drinks: Smokey Makers with chocolate bittersCab : Chilean Cabernet Le Petit Clos Valle de Apalta ‘yam on It’ martini w a fire roared marshmallow for dessert. It’s ridiculous!!! The halibut and filet mignon were mouth watering The cheese plate charcuterie plate worth killing your diet for. The Cesar salad was one of the best I’ve ever had. The petit four “gift” at the end...heavenly. Ask for seconds of their most perfect dinner roll with Smokey sea salted butter...the stuff dreams are made of! Every bite sip inside Signature is pure opulence and downright sensual! Cannot wait to come back here again"

"Good and Bad things about Dream Nashville!!!GOODAll the staff were wonderful from the valets, front desk, coffee shop and the restaurant.Drinks in the bar delicious.Rooms were very niceBADStayed three nights….our room was never cleaned despite hanging the sign on the door to be cleaned each day.Ordered room service coffee and it was cold. There was chunks of hard pretzels on our floor right off the elevator for the three nights we were there. It was never cleaned up.My husband tried to have desserts, champagne and beer delivered to our room for the birthday girl we were celebrating and it took him 5 phone calls and multiple emails over two days both with the Hyatt company and the Dream front desk for us to get them delivered to our room. This was after they lied to him and said we had a Do Not Disturb sign on our room so they wouldn’t deliver it. It took him texting me to ask therefore ruining his surprise to us) that he wanted to have something delivered to the room but the sign was on. I told him no it wasn’t, so the front desk person went up to check and confirmed that the sign wasn’t on the door.Though the rooms are nice, they are small and lack amenities. I have stayed at many hotels in downtown Nashville and this was definitely not worth the price overall compared to other hotels. We still had a wonderful time because the trip was all about friendship so we definitely made the most of it."
