Today, I contacted the restaurant about these issues because it is frustrating to have to contact Uber Eats about every problem almost every time. I also mentioned that these problems are occurring more frequently than they should in all of our orders. The employee did not seem to care about the missing items or previous problems. She did suggest that next time we order, we should call the restaurant in advance so they can ensure that nothing is missing, which is also inconvenient. Ensuring that orders are complete is a basic responsibility that comes with the job."
