"Worst service!!! Called to place an order and was told 30 minutes for delivery. After an hour I called to ask about our delivery and was told it was on the way. After another 30 minutes I called back and again told it’s on the way. Asked them to cancel and refund my order since it was over an hour late and they act as though they are unable to hear me. After a few minutes I over hear her telling another employee my name and he responds, we don’t have an order for her” and the employee on the phone says yes I wrote her order down it’s here somewhere and the line goes dead. Very unprofessional service!!!"
