"Went here for dinner 2/9/19 and invited my sister, brother in law 2 yr old nephew. We waited for 15 mins for table even though we had a reservation. Finally get seated, no drink order taken, no menus offered. Finally get a waitresses attention (only 2 for the whole place)we ordered 3 cans of Pepsi and 1 coquito latte. 30 mins later we asked about our drinks and she finally got them. No cups, nothing .. just soda out of a can. We ordered direct from their menu, the basics no changes. 90 mins in no food! We ask for something, even a few apps because the baby was hungry. She comes back with a plate of fried chicken pieces and fries. 105 mins in, apps come out. Then a little while later salads but no dressing. No silverware! She comes back with dressing and forks then she is no where to be found again. At the 2 hour mark she comes out from the kitchen and tells us they ran out of steak. My sister and brother in law change their order to what she said the kitchen has left. 15 mins later she comes back and tells us they ran out of yellow rice beans. 2 1/2 hours we begging for our food, we are getting cranky and the 2 yr old is getting antsy and the girl comes back that they can’t fulfill our orders. As she tells us that the other waitress brings our order to a table that came in way after us. So I asked how did they get food and they were after us. The poor girl was like a deer in highlights and kept saying she didn’t know. I asked if the owner Phil was in and she said yes. I asked to see him. He wouldn’t come out. Finally I had enough and was really to walk out, he comes out because he hears me yelling that they gave my food which they claimed to have run out of to someone else. He comes out of the kitchen stating they were on the radio this week and they didn’t expect to be busy. As he’s talking, a nasty waitress says BYE and rolls her eyes. It took all of me to not jump across the table and smack her. Needless to say don’t waste your time"
