"This Starbucks in particular definitely deserves recognition and appreciation for their continuous hard work! Everybody that works there is friendly, and always willing to keep the customer happy. I always get greeted with a smile, even when they are busy. People need to understand, this is an extremely busy Starbucks, and they handle it like pros, but occasionally you have to exercise a little patience (when it gets insanely busy). This does not reflect poorly upon the employees at the Starbucks either. They get dozens of orders at a time, and they always do their absolute best to fill every one of them correctly. I see every day how hard they work, and it is very often met with attitude, sarcasm, and a serious lack of appreciation. Let’s try to remember, orders are made in the order they are received, no one is trying to make you wait longer. If you DO feel the need to ask about your order, do so in a considerate way. It’s not that hard to be nice. For being as busy as it is, IMO this Starbucks exceeds expectations and I commend them for their hard work and their patience! Best piece of advice would be, make sure you order (keeping in mind that it is a busy Starbucks), a few minutes earlier. Without doubt a five star Starbucks, which is why I keep returning there. Thank you for continuously making my macchiato perfectly!"
