"My husband and I ordered take out from Pizzo 's. I asked for a Gluten free crust. When I looked at the receipt I noticed the hostess put GF-cauliflower. I immediately told her I didn 't want the cauliflower crust, but the Gluten Free crust. She said it was the same. I pointed out the menu and she said it one in the same, which I argued wasn 't not. She then looked at me and said Have you ever eaten it? I told her I have had GF crust and Cauliflower crust and they were not the same. She wouldn 't acknowledge that they made an error. While I was waiting for my order(husband ordered regular pizza I saw her show the menu to another hostess and look over at me. The other hostess said something and then they started to laugh and look over at me like Oops. They continued to laugh, but never offered to correct the error. I sent an email to the corporate office as soon as I got home, but to date no response. When the second hostess handed me the order all shy like and asked if we were ok. What? What a strange question. Unless, she knew they screwed up. This is copied off their menu: Large 14 Traditional hand tossed medium crust. 12 Gluten-free, 12 Cauliflower crust available They need to train their staff. I did try a bite, but threw it away cause it was horrible. I asked for a refund, but no response from management."
